Include your team - receive a discount for additional attendees from the same firm and, by bringing two or more attendees from your firm, you can gain Web access to XCM training and best use sessions featured at the conference for members of your team unable to attend in person. For your convenience, there are three ways to register:

2. Register via fax by printing the registration form and faxing the completed form to our secure fax number: 781-303-0155.
3. Register via mail by sending your completed registration form and payment (check or credit card) to:

Conference Fees:

Two-Day User Conference Program Fee (First Attendee): $520

Two-Day User Conference Program Fee (Additional Attendees from the Same Firm): $420

Xpitax Bookkeeping Workshop (June 16): $80

Additional Dinner Guest: $99

Conference fees include all sessions, conference materials and breakfasts, refreshment breaks, luncheons, reception and awards dinner.

Conference Policies

Hotel Reservations: Hotel accommodations are the responsibility of conference guests. To reserve your room at Hyatt Harborside Hotel, call 888-421-1442 and mention that you’re part of XCM Solutions & Xpitax User Conference. A discounted rate of $199 per night is available for the nights of June 15-20, 2010. You must register prior to June 1, 2010 in order to receive these rates.

Refunds: Full refunds will be issued if written cancellation requests are received prior to 5/17/10. Refunds, less an administration fee of $100, will be issued on written requests received before 6/1/10. Due to financial obligations incurred, no refunds will be issued on cancellation requests received after 6/1/10. Program “no shows” forfeit their entire registration fee.

Substitutions: You may substitute another individual for your registration. All substitutions must be communicated to conference administration prior to 6/10/10.
